Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

CS:GO is a multiplayer, first-person, shooter, developed by Valve and Hidden Path Entertainment. It is the fourth game in the Counter-Strike series. Developed for over two years, Global Offensive was first released in August 2012. Valve still regularly updates the game, both with smaller balancing patches and larger content additions.

Global Offensive is free to download and play and it also has a substantial gaming community. Counter-Strike games have always been highly competitive, and players from around the world fight to win the title. The game is also available in multiple languages, including: English, Spanish, Japanese, Turkish, and Portuguese.

I have been looking forward to returning to the Counter-Strike arena for a while now, but the years have caught up with me and I’m not sure how slow I’ve become. Either way, I will be joining my buddies on the battlefield soon enough. As I’ve not played since 2010 (CS: Source) I’ve had to do some catching up. The links below are to some sites I think may be worth checking out and keeping an eye on… especially the pro leagues. Lox 😀
