Disclaimer for the LoxTech Legends Leaderboard Initiative
Introduction
This reward-based ranking system is for fun, and was created to make the Diablo Immortal experience for us a a clan better. I (Lox) pledge to administer the leaderboard with impartiality and fairness. I cannot promise that I will be online everyday and therefore some points may be missed, or more likely delayed, if this is the case. I will have my officers try and keep track if I am not online, so that the system is fair.
The Issuing of Financial Incentives as Part of a Competition
I have personally offered to give out the rewards stated, to the best of my ability. Again, this is a bit of fun for an online game. I can not be held accountable if rewards are issued with delay, or if they do not arrive at all. This system is based on my reputation alone. I pledge to issue the rewards stated and will contact any potential winner if there may be a problem with delivering on this.
IMPORTANT: As there is a large variety of gift cards on offer, I may have to contact winners to discuss which ones they may want, rather than award what is advertised.
If I am unable to continue to offer rewards stated, I will inform the community via Discord, and change the website accordingly.
Data Protection
I am a lone entity and not part of a business. To be able to issue the rewards to the winners, I may have to ask for personal information, such as a real name and other contact details. This information will not be stored online and will be disposed of once it is no longer required to facilitate the issuing of prizes.
Other
This website, Discord and the leaderboard initiative is for OVER 18’s ONLY. I will not have communication with anyone under this age. I cannot issue rewards for anyone under this age. If you are under 18, and it is discovered, you will unfortunately be removed from the community.
I reserve the right to alter the competition, points system and/or the prizes at my convenience. Information will be issued via Discord/website if this happens.
Clan Leavers
Any clan member who leaves, or is removed from, LoxTech Legends during a season will be removed from the leaderboard, their points will be voided, and therefore will not be eligible to participate any further or continue to be involved in any way. they will not be able to win any prizes. Any liability I might have to them ends with their departure.
Note: LoxTech Legends is a Diablo Immortal clan, on the Diamond Gates server.
