Important Information, Going Forward…
Hello, my friends!
I hope you guys had a nice summer, as it sure was a hot one for some of us! Over the next few weeks I intend on making some changes to the video release schedule, and the community at large. I will detail it here and am eager to hear the thoughts and feedback of my valued subscribers.
Firstly, I will have to reduce my target from daily releases to once ever other day. Because I’ve crammed so much to try and keep up with larger channel releases, I’ve found myself burning out quickly, and this is no good for me, or the content you guys are here for. I do plan on making as much content as possible and it may be the case that there will be a video almost every day, but the expectation for you guys should be once every other day.
Secondly, Some of you may have seen that I have a website (this one, lol), and that it doesn’t really receive many updates. I’ve had this site for a while, but the plans I had for it disappeared when I began to make YouTube content. As Discord offers a whole host of posting options, I have decided that I will no longer keep this site, and plan to shut it down very soon. Note: the current “business” email will also have to be replaced, for those awesome dev mails with game offers! <3
Thirdly, As the channel is nowhere near to being monetised, and support is actually vital for the hours I put in behind the scenes, I would like to invite those of you with kind hearts to consider checking out my Patreon page. I will be adding a new tier, which will be available at just £1 per month, on top of the other membership options. I’d love to add more names to the end credits of all my videos! Bear in mind that anyone can become a free member at any time and still get all the regular news and updates. With the eventual closure of the LoxTech Gaming website, more stuff will be transferred to Patreon and Discord.
